[General Descriptions and Features]

1.  Fermentation thickener

- Reduce food wastes by 70% by fermenting wastes rather than by drying them.

- No bad smell, waste food effluent and wastes by using the self-developed deodorizer

(verified in apartment pilot project of Gangbuk-gu, Seoul for 1.5 years)

 

2. Energy extractor

- Energize 100% fermented wastes discharged by the fermentation thickener (bio oil 40%, bio gas 20%, activated carbon 35%, liquid manure 5%)

- Produced high-quality bio oil/gas is used as oil for heating and engine with caloric value of 9,400 kcal/kg, and activated carbon is used for removal of dioxin and heavy metal in the incineration plant with absorptive power of 660 mg/g.

- It can be installed in the local government offices because it is a small equipment and does not require a lot of space.

 

3. Inexpensive maintenance costs

- It is efficient because it does not require other additives for desalination in order to energize and because its power consumption is low.

 

4. Reduction in carbon dioxide generation

- As Korea is making efforts to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide according to its 'low carbon green growth' policy, our technology reduces the amount of carbon dioxide by using an efficient treatment method.
